Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment shows no signs of wear.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
